Consistent with historical practice, BBGP’s investment process follows the same guidelines and process adopted by Babcock & Brown’s own principal investment activity. BBGP’s investment decisions are made according to a rigorous investment process which involves the BBGP’s Investment Committee and Babcock & Brown’s Business Area Heads (Corporate and Structured Finance, Infrastructure and Project Finance, Real Estate, and Operating Leasing).

BBGP is supported by a fund team which is based in Europe. The fund team is responsible for reviewing investment opportunities and channel Babcock & Brown’s deal flow, generated by over 110 European based investment professionals and over 900 investment professionals globally, operating from 29 offices.
